Job summary

Centra Autism centers are seeking a Center-Based BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision, mentor RBTs, and contribute to individualized intervention plans. You will collect data, collaborate with BCBAs, and engage families through training sessions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a BCaBA credential and be eligible for BCBA supervision.
• Experience providing ABA therapy and supervising Behavior Technicians.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Ability to engage families and provide parent training.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
