Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 2-12 in a center-based setting. You’ll implement skill acquisition plans, collect data, and communicate progress to families under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or able to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must maintain certification in good standing throughout employment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong integrity and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under BCBA guidance.
• Assist BCBA with materials preparation and organization.
• Participate in required trainings and maintain knowledge of BACB guidelines.
• Work towards becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Contribute to a positive, fun, and supportive team environment.
