Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to help children ages 2-12 develop essential skills through one-on-one ABA therapy. This non-exempt, full-time role focuses on natural play, data collection, and collaboration with families and the BCBA to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Able to lift and carry clients up to 30 pounds.
• Experience with ABA therapy or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data; write therapy notes.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers.
• Assist BCBA in preparing materials.
• Attend required trainings and maintain BACB guidelines.
• Work toward becoming an RBT if not already.
