Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2-12. The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with BCBA guidance, and family communication in a center-based setting.

We offer on-the-job training, growth paths toward BCBA, tuition assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package. This is a full-time, center-based position with weekday hours and no travel.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication with parents/caregivers.
• Ability to follow BACB guidelines and behavior support plans.
• Willingness to participate in required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with clients aged 2–12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data; write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress to parents/caregivers with guidance from the BCBA.
• Assist in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Attend required trainings to maintain knowledge.
• Work toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) if not already.
• Maintain a positive, collaborative team environment.
