Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to deliver life-changing ABA therapy to children ages 2-12 in a center-based setting. The role emphasizes one-on-one sessions, data collection, and collaboration with a BCBA to implement skill acquisition and behavior support plans.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain it within 90 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to team needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress to parents/caregivers with BCBA guidance.
• Assist BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Attend required trainings to maintain knowledge.
• Support and work toward becoming an RBT if not already.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
