Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children aged 2–12 in a center-based setting. You will collect data, implement skill acquisition plans, and communicate progress with families under supervision.

Ideal candidates have an active RBT (or will obtain within 90 days), and a high school diploma. Full-time, non-exempt role with extensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift/carry clients up to 30 pounds.
• Experience or interest in ABA therapy and working with children 2–12.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions as assigned.
• Collect data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under BCBA guidance.
• Assist in preparing and organizing client materials.
