Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy for children aged 2-12, following individualized behavior support plans and keeping meticulous progress data. You’ll collaborate with a BCBA, communicate with families, and participate in on-site trainings and career pathways toward BCBA or leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift and assist clients up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to restrain/hold/transport and follow Behavior Support Plan safely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions.
• Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers with guidance from the BCBA.
• Assist BCBA in preparing client materials and organizing sessions.
• Maintain required trainings and adhere to BACB guidelines.
