Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-12. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior support plans, collect data, and document session notes with guidance from the BCBA. Responsibilities include parent communication and maintaining materials.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligible to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication with parents and caregivers.
• Ability to work with children aged 2–12 in ABA settings.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with clients.
• Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect data and write session notes.
• Communicate progress with families under supervision.
• Assist BCBA and maintain therapy materials.
