Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers seeks a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–12 in a center-based program. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior support plans, collect data, and document progress under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:15 am–4:45 pm with no travel, and you’ll gain access to extensive training, growth tracks, and comprehensive benefits as part of a collaborative, fun team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain within 90 days.
• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail oriented and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data, and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding the client’s progress.
• Assist the BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Maintain and acquire functional and technical knowledge by attending required trainings.
• Follow BACB guidelines.
• Work towards becoming an RBT.
• Foster a positive working environment.
