Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2-12, following approved plans and collecting data for progress notes. You’ll work in a supportive, fun environment with on-site training and pathways to BCBA leadership.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to lift and assist clients up to 30 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions.
• Follow skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect data and write therapy notes for sessions.
• Communicate progress with parents under BCBA guidance.
• Assist in preparing client materials and organizing space.
• Attend required trainings and stay updated on BACB guidelines.
