Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Behavior Technician/ABA Therapist to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-12 in our center-based setting in New Jersey. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior support plans, collect data, and collaborate with families under supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy with clients aged 2-12.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers under BCBA guidance.
• Assist BCBA in preparing and organizing client materials.
• Attend required trainings to maintain knowledge.
