Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 ABA treatment in a center-based setting under supervision of BCBA. This role supports families and children on the autism spectrum, ages 2–21, in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with children with ASD is preferred.
• Ability to manage confidential information and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and staff.
• Physically assist during sessions with children 2–15 years old.
