Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization delivering ABA services to children from birth to 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team, providing 1-1 treatment in partnership with BCBAs in a center-based setting.

Role involves implementing treatment plans, data collection, and family training, with emphasis on teamwork, communication, and compassionate care for children with ASD. Schedule is Mon-Fri evenings in a center environment.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA and families in implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist and supervise physical activities during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds).
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
