Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our home-based treatment team, providing 1-1 ABA services to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and report progress to the supervisory team.

Flexible part-time/evening/afternoon hours with paid training and a supportive team environment. This role offers meaningful work with families and opportunities for growth within a national behavioral health organization.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 treatment to children in home-based settings under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Assist in training families to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with data collection and reporting.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant staff.
