Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team in a center-based setting. You will provide 1-1 ABA treatment to children on the autism spectrum in partnership with BCBAs, in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current/active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically assist and supervise children during sessions.
