Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team in a center-based setting. You will work 1-1 with children, in partnership with BCBAs, delivering individualized treatment plans and data collection.

We offer paid training, potential guaranteed hours, and a supportive, team-oriented environment. Compensation is competitive and designed to positively impact families and their children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification is required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and others involved.
• Assist with physical activities per session as children move within area.
