Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to age 21. We are seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our team in a center-based setting, working 1-1 with clients under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification is required or in process.
• Access to reliable transportation to a center-based setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with children ASD is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support families in implementing treatment plans with BCBA guidance.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant staff.
• Physically keep up with clients, including activities like lifting up to 25+ pounds.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
