Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Nashville seeks Behavior Technicians to join a center-based team delivering 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision to children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21.

You will implement behavioral plans, collect progress data, and support families in carrying out treatment plans at home and in the clinic. We offer training, competitive compensation, flexible hours, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification (if applicable)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred
• Reliable transportation requested
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors
• Assist with physical activities as needed during sessions
