Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Murfreesboro, TN, seeks Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 specialized ABA treatment in a center-based setting under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, support families, and maintain open communication with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with developmental challenges preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with activities requiring physical movement and supervision of children aged 2–15.
