Job summary

Proud Moments ABA, a national behavioral health organization serving children from birth to 21 with ABA services, is hiring Behavior Technicians for center-based, 1-1 treatment in partnership with our BCBAs. We offer paid training, guaranteed hours options, competitive pay, and a team-oriented environment that aims to positively impact families and children on the autism spectrum.

Qualifications

• Certified RBT in good standing with applicable board.
• Nevada ABA board certification or willingness to obtain.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with ASD is preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and teams.
• Assist with physical activities and safety during sessions.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by BCBA/LBA.
