Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. In a center-based setting, you will provide 1-1 ABA treatment under supervision of BCBAs, and help monitor progress with data collection.

We offer paid training, flexible hours and a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will work closely with families and caregivers, delivering engaging sessions and maintaining open communication.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Provide training to families on implementing treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and BCBA.
• Physically assist with session activities involving young children.
