Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children from birth to age 21. We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in a center-based setting.

RBTs work 1-1 with clients, in collaboration with BCBAs, to implement individualized treatment plans. We offer paid training, potential guaranteed hours (part-time or full-time), competitive compensation, and a supportive team environment focused on positive outcomes for

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD, preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Compensation Rate Range $19-24 per hour

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions to keep pace with children aged 2-15 years.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
