Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Licensed Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-to-one ABA-based treatment in our center setting. You will work with BCBAs to implement treatment plans for children on the autism spectrum, delivering compassionate care and data-driven progress tracking.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Reliable transportation to commute to center-based settings.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities as needed to supervise sessions.
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
