Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in a center-based setting. You will work with BCBAs to implement treatment plans for children with ASD, collect progress data, and train families on plans.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with family training on plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions (lifting 25+ pounds, etc.).
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
