Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to join our center-based ABA team. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision, delivering treatment plans and collecting progress data.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to interact with children and parents in a supportive manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Conduct physical activity as required to assist sessions with children.
