Job summary

CENTRIA HEALTHCARE’s Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy for young children in-center. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and train families per protocol.

Requires current RBT certification and willingness to complete background checks. The role offers full-time daytime hours, in-center work, and opportunities through practicum supervision hours, PT/FT pay options, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification.
• Willing to participate in background check process.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to complete TB test annually.
• Physically able to perform job duties including lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group direct client care using intensive teaching methods.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Record and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per protocols.
• Ensure timely documentation and data accuracy.
• Communicate progress with parents as directed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in material prep and assessments.
