Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking an RBT/BT for a center-based, salaried role. You will work with children to develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills under supervision of a BCBA.

The role offers a salary range of $38,000 to $46,000 annually depending on experience and certification, with Monday–Friday hours and full benefits including 401(k) matching, paid time off, training, and certification support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with children required.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• ABA/childcare/education/behavioral health experience a plus.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision using evidence-based strategies.
• Help children develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data, document sessions, and communicate observations to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, and team members to support high-quality care.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging, and supportive environment for every child.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
