Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician in a center-based setting. This full-time, salaried role offers a starting salary of $38,000–$46,000 based on experience and RBT certification, with ongoing training and BCBA supervision.

You will work 7:30am-4pm, Monday through Friday, supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities under BCBA guidance. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience working with children preferred, especially in ABA/behavioral health settings.
• RBT certification is required for the role or within four months for BT candidates.
• Background checks and health screenings must be passed.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based setting.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision using evidence-based strategies.
• Help children develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect and record data, document sessions, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for every child.
• Participate in supervision, ongoing training, and professional development.
