Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join our Oakland Center in a full-time, center-based role. The position offers a salaried compensation range of $38,000 to $46,000 based on experience, RBT certification, location, and performance.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4pm, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and ongoing training plus BCBA supervision to support growth and

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Active RBT certification through BACB is required.
Previous experience with children desired.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based setting.
Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
Accurately collect and record data, document sessions, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support consistent, high-quality care.
Maintain a safe, engaging environment and participate in supervision and ongoing training.
