Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) for a center-based, salaried role. You will provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services under BCBA supervision, focusing on communication, social, emotional, and daily living skills.

The position offers full-time hours (Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4pm) with RBT certification support, paid training, BCBA supervision, and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Active RBT certification through BACB required or in first four months for BT track.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision using evidence-based strategies.
• Help children develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data, document sessions, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, and team members to ensure high-quality care.
• Follow clinical protocols and maintain a safe, engaging environment for all children.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
