Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is looking for Behavior Technicians to join a center-based ABA team in Cherry Hill, NJ. You will work 1-1 with children, implementing personalized behavioral plans under a BCBA, and collect progress data to inform treatment effectiveness.

Ideal candidates have a passion for working with children, strong communication, and reliability. The role offers part-time or full-time hours, paid training, and a supportive team in a family-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Comfort with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related needs is preferred, training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations and ability to commute consistently.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment results.
• Assist BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Respond to client, family, and supervisor needs and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and others involved.
• Supervise and move with children during sessions and handle physical activity as needed.
