Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based treatment team. BTs work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized behavioral plans in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• Reliable transportation to commuting work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Strong communication and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and other parties.
• Assist with safety and supervision during sessions.
