Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians to provide one-on-one, center-based ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum. You will work with BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans, collect progress data, and support families in applying strategies at home and in sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Reliable personal transportation to commute to work locations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and company policies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and relevant parties.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions and keep pace with children aged 2–15.
