Job summary

Proud Moments ABA provides 1-1 behavioral treatment for children on the autism spectrum in a center-based setting. We are seeking Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and work closely with BCBAs to deliver individualized plans.

This role offers paid training, career growth, and a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will contribute to meaningful progress for families while developing hands-on skills in ABA services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with behavior challenges or ASD preferred; training provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Must keep client, family, and organizational information confidential (HIPAA).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically keep up with children during sessions (various movements).
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
