Proud Moments ABA in Florida is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our center-based team. BTs provide 1-1 treatment under BCBA supervision to children on the autism spectrum, ages birth to 21, in a dynamic, supportive environment.

You will receive paid training, opportunities for part-time or full-time hours, and benefits for full-time staff. We value reliability, teamwork and compassionate communication with families to help clients reach their treatment goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation and HIPAA awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
• Strong communication with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Work one-to-one with a client to implement behavior plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with safety and movement of children during sessions.
