Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team in a center-based setting in Florida. BTs will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of BCBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting, and training families on treatment plans. This role offers potential for both part-time and full-time hours in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges,S developmental delays or special needs preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementation of plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Ensure safety and engage children in sessions with movement as needed.
