Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team in Florida. You will provide 1-1 treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts for children on the autism spectrum, helping implement individualized plans and collect progress data.

Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within a supportive, team-oriented environment. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Exposure to ASD or developmental delays preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and relevant parties.
• Assist with movements and activities to keep up with children during sessions.
