Job summary

Proud Moments ABA seeks Behavior Technicians to join a center-based team providing 1-1 treatment in collaboration with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. You will support treatment plans, collect progress data, and help families implement strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with children and families required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Respect for confidentiality and HIPAA policies.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of the treatment plan and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Assist with physical activities as children move during sessions.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
