Job summary

The Rainbow Acres admissions team is seeking a dedicated Admissions Manager to lead the entire process from inquiry through onboarding, forging strong referrals and community partnerships to boost occupancy and growth.

You will manage tours, applications, interviews, decisions, and admission coordination, while collaborating with marketing and internal departments to ensure a smooth admissions experience. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities required.
• 3+ years in long term care or similar field; admissions/marketing experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to analyze data, work flexible hours, and travel as needed.
• Strong Christian commitment, ethical standards, and sensitivity to residents and families.
• Final candidates will be required to submit to our security clearance process.

Responsibilities

• Drive admissions strategy and census goals with leadership.
• Manage the full admissions process: tours, applications, interviews, decisions, and admission coordination.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth admissions experience.
• Build and maintain referral relationships; attend trade shows and outreach events.
• Track admissions data using CRM tools and prepare required reports.
• Collaborate on marketing and census driving initiatives.
