RIVERCREST is seeking an Admissions-focused professional to support facility operations and increase census. The role involves managing the admissions process, directing daily departmental operations, and admitting patients based on criteria.

It requires coordinating with medical and support teams to ensure timely, compliant, and quality admissions for residents and families. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred), and prior admissions experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in health care or related field preferred.
• Two years' admissions experience preferred.
• LVN or RN license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions process to ensure a positive experience for residents and families.
• Plan, direct, and monitor daily operations of the Admissions Department.
• Admit patients to the health care facility and screen by admission criteria.
• Complete admission and financial responsibility forms.
• Coordinate with nursing and case management for appropriate admissions.
