Job summary

Rainbow Acres is seeking an Outreach Manager to lead and enhance a comprehensive volunteer experience within the Advancement team. You will build and maintain community partnerships, represent outreach initiatives, and drive enrollment and admissions growth through strategic outreach efforts.

The role coordinates events, communications, and cross-functional collaboration while managing administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency and program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Two years of outreach, community engagement, nonprofit, admissions, fundraising, or related experience.
• High School Diploma required; associate or bachelor preferred in relevant fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage diverse populations and represent Rainbow Acres professionally.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; fundraising databases encouraged.
