Job summary

Rose Hill Center Inc. is seeking an Admissions/Marketing Coordinator to manage inquiries, provide information, and coordinate on-site tours for prospective residents and families in Colorado.

The role involves CRM data entry and maintaining relationships with referral sources. The candidate will help develop ongoing engagement with interested families, maintain referral files, and support the Admissions Committee with minutes and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, social services, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Two years related experience in non-profit health care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers, responds to, and screens inquiries regarding Rose Hill Center services.
• Provide application and releases of information forms to prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
• Schedule and conduct on-site tours/ visits for prospective residents, families, and referral sources.
• Enter data regarding inquiries and maintain CRM database.
• Maintain CRM database of former residents and their families.
• Assist in establishing external relationships with community-based marketing entities for referrals and admissions.
• Develop and maintain database for ongoing contact with families interested in Rose Hill.
• Maintain referral files and coordinate professional visits with Outreach.
• Represent Rose Hill on and off site and coordinate with participants in external events.
• Serve on Admission / Marketing Committee and maintain committee minutes.
• Create and maintain monthly reports used by admissions department.
• Prepare correspondence to families regarding decisions by Financial Assistance Committee.
