Job summary

iCare Health Network is seeking a Director of Census Development to lead the strategy for census growth across our care centers and day-to-day admissions needs to maximize professional relationships and referrals.

This role collaborates with Operations and Clinical leadership to plan and grow census and profitability, oversee admissions, and align stakeholder engagement with organizational goals. You will supervise cross-functional teams and monitor performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• English proficiency required (reading, writing, speaking).
• Experience using Word, Excel, and EMR systems.
• PointClickCare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop census growth strategies across multiple facilities.
