Job summary

CareCore at Lakeridge is seeking an experienced Admissions & Marketing Director to lead census development. This role combines on-site facility work with active outreach in the field, building referral networks and strengthening community partnerships.

The ideal candidate has admissions, marketing, or business development experience in long-term care, with a solid understanding of Medicare/Medicaid and EMR systems. Join a team focused on growth and patient-centered transitions.

Qualifications

• Previous Admissions, Marketing, or Business Development experience in a long-term care setting is required.
• Established community relationships and referral network preferred.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care.

Responsibilities

• Drive census growth through strategic marketing and referral development.
• Manage the admissions process from referral through admission.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, physicians, and other referral sources.
• Represent the facility at networking events and healthcare partner visits.
• Conduct on-site and field marketing activities to expand referral networks.
• Coordinate timely admissions with insurance verification and pre-certifications.
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth resident transitions.
