Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions process, ensure timely follow-up on leads, meet census and payer goals.
• Build relationships with referral sources; drive market share via brand and community marketing.
• Act as brand steward: update website, manage social media, and pursue online reviews with a 4.0+ rating and 15% review improvement.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration, ensure smooth transition-of-care and strong patient-family communication.
• Improve referral-to-admit and tour-to-admit conversions; target a 10% improvement in the first 3 months.
