Progressive Quality Care is seeking an Admissions Marketing Director to lead pre-admission processes, coordinate data, and welcome new residents to a brand-new facility with private rooms and private baths.

In this role, you will support marketing initiatives, build relationships with families and referral sources, and collaborate with nursing and administration to ensure census growth while safeguarding resident records and compliance with long-term care regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in admissions or healthcare preferred.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and resident rights.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Professional, empathetic, and team-oriented mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-admission data and resident assessments.
• Support marketing and census growth with referral outreach.
• Conduct interviews and verify resident information.
• Collaborate with nursing and administration for room assignments.
• Escort and welcome new residents.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records.
• Assist with admission paperwork and policy communication.
• Partner with the Director of Business Development on marketing initiatives.
