Qualifications

• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain California Cemetery Manager license.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 2 years in Cemetery/Funeral Home management.
• Experience in cemetery sales and cemetery grounds.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead cemetery operations to grow market share by building community relationships.
• Oversee funeral/cemetery operations and provide premier client service.
• Coach and develop staff, set and achieve goals, mentor with an eye toward ownership.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Drive marketing plans to expand location exposure and ensure permits are current.
