Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple cemeteries and ensure services exceed customer expectations.
• Coordinate staff work and time-off to minimize overtime and maintain coverage.
• Supervise groundskeeping, landscaping, and seasonal plantings for manicured properties.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and wildlife regulations.
• Develop annual operating and personnel budgets and manage expenses to meet budget.
