Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a General Manager to lead cemetery and funeral home locations with hands-on ownership of daily operations and P&L responsibility. You will hire, mentor, and motivate a multi-location team while upholding service standards and profitability.

The role demands strategic leadership, budget management, and a commitment to compassionate, client-focused service. Occasional holidays, evenings, and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in management and personnel supervision.
• Experience in client-facing service operations with a track record of process/operations leadership.
• Strong budgeting knowledge and financial literacy.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of portfolio operations with P&L responsibility.
• Aim for budgeted sales and profit, monitor monthly/quarterly results.
• Model excellent customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly.
• Provide motivational leadership and coaching to teams to achieve goals.
• Lead weekly managers meetings on staffing, development, and plans.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain staff according to company standards.
