You will work as part of a field team, handling routine repairs, troubleshooting plant issues, and supporting continuous production across outdoor, elevated, and dusty environments. Strong teamwork and a proactive safety mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work outdoors, at heights, in dusty environments and confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cement plant equipment; perform inspections and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform mechanical repairs.
• Maintain documentation and participate in team activities.
